Women in Business (RGU): A Clever and Practical Course for Busy Mums

As soon as I returned from my October holidays, I found an email from Candace, one of my mentors from the Women in Business (RGU) course, asking me if I was available to talk about the challenges that I face as a mum-entrepreneur and to share my experience with Women in Business. Although I feel much more comfortable hiding behind the camera, I believe it’s essential that more women leave their fears behind and feel confident enough to accept new challenges and follow their dreams.

Why Women in Business (RGU) is the Best Program for Mum-Entrepreneurs

This isn’t the first time I’ve mentioned this programme on my platforms. I was part of the first cohort, and the course was designed in a very clever and practical way for busy mums who want to have their own business. Sally and Candace, the two mentors in charge at that time, were very professional and friendly, creating a trustworthy and inviting atmosphere in the learning process and a safe place to be vulnerable. Therefore, I was honoured to share my experience with Women in Business. It’s no surprise that they received awards and expanded the course.

Women in Business is a free and fully funded by The Scottish Government Parental Employability Support Fund (PESF) for those living in the Aberdeenshire Council.
