For some strange reason, I tend to go for walks much more often in October, during autumn, than in the summer.

I imagine the explanation is the soft light. In autumn and winter, the light is much gentler at the time of day when I usually go out for a walk.

Today's blog is going to be short, and it's simply about encouraging you to enjoy the beauty of autumn light.

The world can feel quite ugly at times, but if you pay attention to the gorgeous colours of this season, things don't seem quite so gloomy. Believe me!

And who knows? You might even discover a new café and enjoy an unexpected treat, like this delicious canelé!
