One of the most common mistakes professionals make is choosing outfits that distract from the most important part of the image: your face. If you have been reading my posts for some time, you know about my love for monochrome photography. Ansel Adams inspired me in landscape photography, and Peter Lindbergh in my portraits. In my opinion, and I would love to know yours, this style of photography has fewer distractions and shows the soul of what photography is. This doesn’t mean that colour doesn’t have value. Not at all! I love colour. However, black and white feels more like a long conversation with a dear friend, where honest talk can happen and the other person accepts you for who you are. They can also tell you things you may not want to hear, but you know it comes from a place of love and honesty. No masks. #photographyislife #lovephotography📷 #monocromatic #contentcreationuk
