I always have a big smile when I meet Andrew Charlton and Steven Innes. Their Hashtag Networking Events are frankly something special. Yesterday’s session on marketing was invaluable. I also made new connections with wonderful people, and I’m looking forward to meeting them for coffee, not only to learn more about their businesses, but also to get to know them as individuals. I’d like to take this opportunity to highlight how welcomed and well looked after we felt at The Aberdeen Dyce Hotel, managed by Gavin Ord. As a photographer, I naturally observe people, and it was clear that he offers the same level of care and enthusiasm to everyone, whether they are ordering lunch or simply having a coffee. That says a lot about the person behind the business. If you are planning an event or looking for a place to stay, you can be confident that you will be treated with genuine care and respect. I left the event with very positive energy, and that’s exactly the environment Andrew and Steven consistently create. It’s also why I make a point of not missing their events.
