Beyond my work, the last couple of weeks have been filled with family time and a little bit of socialising. Today my daughter is back to school, but during the holidays we enjoyed fun days together, trying new recipes (including a slightly broken coconut flan! 🍮, baking treats that turned out unbroken 😜, getting the piercings she’d been wanting for since Christmas, and discovering some lovely local cafés. I also added a video of last night’s sunset.
